These License Terms govern the use of digital products purchased, downloaded, or obtained through IncoDigital, a digital products marketplace owned by Incogia Group.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any product available on IncoDigital, you agree to these License Terms, together with the applicable product-specific license and the platform's Terms and Conditions.
IncoDigital may offer ebooks, software, scripts, source code, website templates, plugins, graphics, videos, documents, and other digital resources.
Each product may have its own license type and usage restrictions. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the applicable license before purchasing or using a product.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, a Regular License permits the purchaser to:
Download and use the purchased product for personal or commercial purposes, subject to its specific license.
Use the product in one permitted end product or project.
Customize or modify the product when permitted by the applicable license.
Use the resulting end product for personal use or for a client, where the license allows it.
A Regular License does not automatically grant unlimited usage, redistribution rights, or the right to resell the original product.
Where an Extended License is offered, it may grant additional usage rights beyond those of a Regular License.
These rights, including permission for certain commercial applications or products distributed to multiple end users, must be explicitly described on the relevant product page or license certificate.
An Extended License does not grant ownership of the original intellectual property unless the seller expressly provides such rights in a valid written agreement.
Unless expressly authorized by the applicable license or the rights holder, buyers may not:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original digital product as a standalone item.
Make purchased files publicly available for unauthorized downloading.
Claim authorship or ownership of another person's original work.
Use products in unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activities.
Remove copyright notices or license information where prohibited.
Use a product beyond the scope of the license purchased.
Purchasing a digital product does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership to the buyer.
The original creator or rights holder retains ownership of the intellectual property, except where a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Buyers receive only the rights granted by the applicable product license.
Sellers must have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to distribute the products they upload to IncoDigital.
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate product descriptions, identifying relevant license restrictions, and disclosing applicable third-party components or dependencies.
IncoDigital may remove products that violate intellectual property rights or applicable platform policies.
Some products may include open-source software, fonts, stock assets, libraries, or other third-party materials.
These components may be governed by separate licenses. Buyers must comply with those licenses in addition to the applicable IncoDigital product license.
Digital products may become available for download after payment confirmation.
Refund eligibility is governed by the IncoDigital Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in these License Terms removes mandatory legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Unauthorized distribution, resale, or use of a product may result in license termination, account restrictions, product removal, or legal action by the relevant rights holder, where permitted by law.
IncoDigital reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action under its platform policies.
A license may be terminated if the buyer materially violates its terms, subject to applicable law and the relevant license agreement.
Upon termination, the buyer must stop using the product and remove copies where required by the applicable license, except where retention is legally permitted or required.
Digital products are provided subject to their individual descriptions, licenses, and applicable terms. IncoDigital does not guarantee that every product will meet every buyer's requirements.
To the extent permitted by law, IncoDigital disclaims warranties that have not been expressly provided. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
IncoDigital may update these License Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights already granted under a valid license unless permitted by law or required by the applicable agreement.
