IncoDigital, operated by Incogia Group, provides a marketplace for purchasing and downloading digital products, including software, ebooks, source code, website templates, plugins, graphics, and other digital resources.
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which customers may request a refund for purchases made through IncoDigital.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge this policy, subject to your rights under applicable law.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once a product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
However, refund requests may be considered in certain circumstances, including:
Duplicate payments for the same order.
Successful payment without access to the purchased product.
A product that is significantly different from its advertised description.
A corrupted or defective file that cannot reasonably be fixed or replaced.
Unauthorized transactions, subject to investigation.
Other circumstances in which a refund is required by applicable law.
Each request will be reviewed individually.
Refunds are generally not available in the following circumstances:
The customer changes their mind after purchasing or downloading a product.
The customer purchases the wrong product or fails to review its description.
The product does not meet personal expectations that were not stated in the listing.
The product is incompatible with the customer's system when the requirements were clearly disclosed.
The customer lacks the technical knowledge to install or use the product.
The customer violates the product's license or the platform's Terms of Use.
The customer requests a refund after using, copying, distributing, or reselling the product without authorization.
These exclusions do not apply where a refund is required by law.
If a purchased product is defective, incomplete, corrupted, or materially different from its description, customers should contact IncoDigital support.
Where appropriate, the seller may be given an opportunity to provide a corrected file, missing content, an update, or another reasonable solution.
If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, a refund may be considered in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
If a customer is charged more than once for the same order, they may request a refund for the duplicate transaction.
Customers should provide their order number, transaction reference, payment date, and any relevant payment confirmation.
Verified duplicate payments will be reviewed for correction or refund.
To request a refund, customers should contact IncoDigital support at contact@incogia.net.
The request should include:
Customer name and registered email address.
Order number or transaction reference.
Product name.
Date and amount of payment.
A clear explanation of the reason for the request.
Relevant screenshots or supporting evidence, where available.
Customers should submit requests as soon as they identify a problem. Any applicable statutory deadlines remain unaffected.
IncoDigital may review order records, payment confirmations, download activity, product descriptions, and communications with the seller to assess a request.
We may contact the customer for additional information before making a decision.
Where possible, refund requests will be reviewed within 7–14 business days. This is an estimated review period, not a guarantee of resolution within that timeframe.
If a refund is approved, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may depend on the original payment provider or financial institution.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
If the original payment method is unavailable, IncoDigital may contact the customer to determine an appropriate alternative, subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements.
Refunds will not be issued through unauthorized methods or to unrelated third parties.
Customers are encouraged to contact IncoDigital to resolve billing or product-access issues.
Nothing in this policy prevents customers from exercising their rights to dispute unauthorized or incorrect charges through their payment provider.
IncoDigital may investigate disputed transactions and provide relevant order or delivery records to payment processors when appropriate.
Free products do not qualify for monetary refunds because no purchase price has been paid.
If a free download is inaccessible or defective, customers may contact support for assistance.
Authors and sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, functional download files, and clear license information.
Sellers must cooperate with reasonable investigations concerning defective products, misrepresentation, duplicate transactions, and customer complaints.
IncoDigital may take appropriate action against listings or accounts associated with repeated violations, subject to its platform policies and applicable law.
IncoDigital reserves the right to investigate suspected refund fraud, payment manipulation, or abuse of the refund process.
Where legally permitted, fraudulent requests may be denied, and accounts involved in abuse may be restricted or suspended.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights.
IncoDigital may update this Refund Policy periodically. Changes will be published on this page with a revised update date.
The version applicable to a purchase will be determined in accordance with applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections.

This Refund Policy does not exclude, restrict, or replace any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
Where mandatory legal requirements provide a customer with stronger protections, those requirements will prevail.
